Amber Helix has been updated to v1.23.

Changelog:
- Added two new levels to second third of The Heart with two new enemy variations.
- Added a console command for spawning enemies. (I forgot to list this command in the controls window, it's SPAWNWAVE and the number of the wave.)
- Made the title in the main menu scroll faster.
